(Conservative Post ) U.S. military pilots who have returned from the fight against the Islamic state in Iraq are confirming that they were blocked from dropping 75 percent of their ordnance on terror targets because they could not get clearance to launch a strike, according to a leading member of Congress.
Strikes against the Islamic state (also known as ISIS or ISIL) targets are often blocked due to an Obama administration policy to prevent civilian deaths and collateral damage, according to Rep. Ed Royce (R., Calif.), chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
The policy is being blamed for allowing Islamic state militants to gain strength across Iraq and continue waging terrorist strikes throughout the region and beyond, according to Royce and former military leaders who spoke Wednesday about flaws in the U.S. campaign to combat the Islamic State.
“You went 12 full months while ISIS was on the march without the U.S. using that air power and now as the pilots come back to talk to us they say three-quarters of our ordnance we can’t drop, we can’t get clearance even when we have a clear target in front of us,†Royce said. “I don’t understand this strategy at all because this is what has allowed ISIS the advantage and ability to recruit.â€

Also read today that Obama has been dropping leaflets in ISIS areas letting them know the have 45 minutes to LEAVE..just more proof that Obama stands with ISIS, they both have the same ideology, the same agenda

Surprise, surprise...well not so much anymore...
We are not working with Putin to stop ISIS and therefore can not execute a "no fly zone" without starting a world war. Our brave warriors who will be fighting up above against a near parity opponent with incredible sophisticated surface to air missiles with neutering rules of engagement, understand that this is madness and suicide.

Putin has a different objective in Syria. The USA officially wants to stop ISIS and topple Assad.
Putin wants to show the world that Russia is the adult super power you ally with.
He is demonstrating this by making sure Russias guy stays in power. Putin will blow their stuff to kingdom come and does not care so much about civilian if a couple of ISIS get killed more the better but that is not the point Putin is/was intending to make.
These goals don't intersect. Obamas are impossible to achieve without starting a world war, Putins other set of goals do not seem to have such a risk.
To sum up: Obama or anyone else who is advocating a no fly zone over Syria is stupid. The fighter pilots are not happy about stupid people making stupid decisions that are going to get them killed for no reason. They, like Putin, understand how the world works. Obama not so much. Obama does not even understand what Putin is doing. We are about to face increasing isolation from a survival savvy world. Putin will press his advantage.
Impeachment isn’t enough!

I am pretty sure we always inevitably cause collateral damage, unless we work to break the enemy’s spine, we will be stuck in a long unresolved conflict like Vietnam. We actually fought to win World War II, and fought to win, even with infliction of civilian casualties.
This is appalling. We won’t win a war with a Politically Correct strategy.

Obama said just the other day, that he has no intention of America winning anything regarding the war. I believe him.
He cancelled 75% of air strikes. This from the pilots’ POV.
