Today Limbaugh commented that it seemed odd that ISIS (SISI spelled backwards) would post a threat to the Whitehouse since said Whitehouse has been so passive toward them all along.

Agreed. Reminds me of a quote by Napoleon “never ascribe to malice, that which can adequately be explained by incompetence.” Sees to suit our current President quite well.
Yeah, that’s a good one. As we all know, Islamists are cowards and they only respect force, not reason or restraint. They will always attack soft targets, like France was. Notice they didn’t try that stunt in Russia? There’s no other reason to attack a sympathizer like BO, except he’s made his country a soft target. Prepare to defend yourselves. (And consider letting the traitorous ‘rats that made this mess fend for THEMSELVES.)
Maybe it's that Taquilla thing where they lie to forward the cause. This provides cover to the Head Muslim In Charge of the former USA.

A President that won’t even meet with his security advisors is proof of one of two things:
He is so far over his head he doesn’t understand the briefings, or
He actually is a traitor! One or the other he is a Muslim mutt.
Thank you for posting this. I’ve been asking this question for about 7 years now.
Sometimes I’ll state it this way - “He’s either incompetent or evil. Neither should be President.”
I’d love for those two possibilities to be discussed (or asked as a question) in a national debate.
