National Post scribes Barbara Kay and Robert Cutler asked in yesterday’s column: ‘Is Obama too busy eyeing a plum post-presidential gig?’ to deal in a more rational fashion with the perpetrators of the Paris terrorist attack.
They offer as a hypothesis to their question “as to why he continues to obfuscate the specific nature of the attack, and in a manner consistent with his approach to Islamist terror in generalâ€. (National Post, Nov. 16, 2015)
The answer to “Is Obama too busy eyeing a plum post-presidential gig†is no, because he was eyeing that plum post-presidential gig all along, in point of fact way before Friday’s horrific terrorist attack in Paris.
If so, we will have Revolution II.

Or Obama UN SecGen, Cruz (or if not Cruz, Trump) president.

While the appointment and approval process of the Secretary-General is outlined in the UN Charter, specific guidelines have emerged regarding the term limits and selection process. If I understand it correctly, if you are a member of the Permanent Security Council, you cannot become Secretary General. I think that eliminates anyone from the US, China, Russia, England and France.
But not Kenya, so yeah, maybe he can become general Secretary.
The permanent members can also Veto an appointment
So? Obama renounces his American citizenship, becomes General Secretary.
There are any number of countries that would welcome him.
