He has said he wants people medical info on a microchip THAT THEY CARRY IN THEIR WALLET. FUNNY HOW THAT WAS KEFT OUT!...and btw, it makes a great deal of sense.

He does say “pop it in a computer”. It would have to be external to be able to pop into a computer. I still resent all my information on a chip that could be stolen or hacked while in a computer. Bad idea.
