Seriously. IMHO Dr. Carson comes across to me as one who is medicated...some sort of tranquilizer, like valium, for example. But definitely medicated. Maybe some other type medication, perhaps? It’s the way he speaks. Constantly, always the same. Robotic like. Strange.
