Congress shall make no law which shall abridge the privileges of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of said privileges including the right to study hard, work hard, and succeed.

It's time to end the racist acts of prohibiting people of color the rights to study hard, work hard, and succeed.

These rights exist in normal states but we must now require these rights to be for all in all states*.

* the state of insanity, imagined victim hood, perpetual race-grievance.

...and succeed or fail, of their own merits.

It is the guarantees that they will not suffer the consequences of their actions nor inaction that fosters the environment of multi-generational failure, a sense of entitlement beyond the freedom to attempt to succeed, and the concept that anyone living today is owed sustenance or better by anyone else merely by virtue of their DNA.
