The media's double standard is not a defense of Dr. Carson. Over the past few years we've seen that our candidates have to be better, much better, than the media faves in every conceivable way.

Dr. Carson's tenuous relationship with accuracy will not get us through the election. We should be thanking the media for outing him before there was a danger of him being the nominee, then being unelectable.
