I'm sure that Donald's guys offered Dr. Ben Carson a juicy Cabinet position, if he would drop-out of the race ..

But Ben Carson refused, and the "invisible hand" picked-up the "political sword".

Why ?

Donald Trumps WANTS Ted Cruz in the Number Two slot ...

just as Obama wanted Joe Biden as VP.

Why ?

Any GOPe-RINO type can "tolerate" Donald Trump as president, but they're bat$hit terrified of a Ted Cruz presidency.

Hence, if Ted Cruz is a strong number two, then the GOPe-RINO class will LEAVE Donald Trump in the race.

I actually believe, that up until this point that Carson not Trump was the greatest threat to Cruz’s campaign. Carson’s support seems to be largely evangelical and Christian based, but this politico story and admission by the Carson campaign is the beginning of the end for him. Now we should see, a lot of the Carson support go to Cruz, the evangelicals are a big portion of Cruz’s base, it would not surprise me if Cruz takes the top spot in a couple of weeks.
