She’s staying in the race as a bargaining tactic. She may not be able to win, but the longer she stays in, the more trouble she causes for Obama and the Dems. If they want her out, they’re going to have to entice her, I think, with a pardon.
Someone who has skated as often as she has, she probably thinks she is untouchable.
