Have to disagree there. God doesn't employ statistics or probabilities to effect His handiwork; He comprehends at the foundational level. But that is beyond human capacity to compute, so we built scraping systems to gather representative data to aid our understanding so that we can have a semblance of knowing what is going on in a system (an educated guess). God doesn't have any need to guess at things; He knows.
