The latest round of attacks aimed toward Donald Trump can only reasonably be considered divinely inspired fails.

OMG Donald Trump Supports Eminent Domain!!

[ *NOTE* Watch closely who picks up on this attack approach and you’ll identify an even larger number of the GOPe deceivers than were visible before. ]

Brett Baier interviewed Donald Trump for his Fox News Special Report segment and carried with him a specifically pre-framed angle of attack, an agenda. Baier used the Club for Growth argument (see video: @3:34) for conversation about Eminent Domain.

What is this “fox” you mention?

(Fox you lost a long, long time faithful fan, when your person attacked Trump)

I have not watched the network, or the business network affiliated with the network, since.

Not once.

Eminent domain is Fascism. Do you want your property confiscated by the government? If Trump supports eminent domain, he’s a fascist. I realize that won’t go over with the Trumpettes, but I’m sick of a bunch of ignorant louts posting, “Duh, FOX ain’t conservative!” Flame on, you fools. Just don’t accuse me of supporting any other candidate, because I don’t.

So there is a “ nuanced” argument to be made for the taking of one citizens private property to benefit another citizen. If you’re a Marxist maybe.

Donald Trump says it is OK to seize private property for the private use of others as long as the owner is compensated. If Trumpkins are OK with that then they should be all right.

If those against eminent domain had any self respect they would refuse to take advantage of the spoils of eminent domain by staying off state and federal highways, not accepting deliveries sent on public class and refusing to use airports and railroads.

The Founders of the greatest political system ever on this planet considered eminent domain a proper and necessary power for the government.

They did limit it to “public use” and required compensation.

And roads, and railroads, and airports, and docks, and hospitals, and utilities, and reservoirs and damns, etc. All available because of eminent domain.

A principled person would not use something they thought was stolen. But then this attack on Trump is not exactly about principles.

You’re posting on the internet, are you doing it from home on a computer? Do you have electricity in your home? Running water?

If you have public utilities, you are benefiting from imminent domain. Do you benefit from that which you rail against?
