Well, this kinda turns the "liberals demand equal results" meme on its head...
So, if the fat kid at the lunch table decides he needs a piece of the other kids lunches...he gets to have it?
That's how "fair" is being defined here isn't it?
Or maybe it's the other way around, the fat kid's lunch gets redistributed among the skinnier kids who need the fat kid's calories more than the fat kid does...But isn't that "fat shaming" the poor little thing? Is that a need now too?
What a fantastic way to destroy the difference between "need" and "want" at an age where learning the real difference is so imperative. I think the person who created this sign should have their brain transplanted with the class hamster.
They clearly need it, so it's only fair that they get it.
fair: getting what one deserves.
Sit on your ass or make bad decisions, then one deserves a bad outcome.
charity: getting what you need.
lol. I could have left SS out of that quip I suppose. It’s the only group of “dependents” that actually get screwed for a lifetime and screwed again in death too.

Tired and gave up. Homeschooled our 3 kids, and am now homeschooling our grandkids. Felt the investment in our kids/grandkids was more important than building a retirement fund.
It isn’t fair that we pay these communist government employee so much. They do not “need” such money, therefore it isn’t fair by their own definition.
And the all-knowing GOVERNMENT gets to tell you what you need...
Ah, yes, “need.” Such a nebulous concept.

Have you seen the Rush Limbaugh books he wrote for children, regarding the REAL history of America ..??
He starts with the Pilgrims, and his latest is about the Star Spangled Banner.
The books are awesome .. and really help the children to understand our history.
Seen them, haven’t read them, and doubt they are in the local library (though the wife would know). I only know that I want them to know the truth, especially how the government want to keep them ignorant, because ignorant people are easier to control....
