People like this make
me angry. The get hundreds of dollars in free food from SNAP, and still have the gall to whine about petty things like feeling "uncomfortable" when paying at their grocery store's register. Usually it's not even a tangible thing they're complaining about, just a "sense" that others are judging them.
For over $500 a month (for a family of three) in free food, you can give me all the disapproving looks you want. I think that is a fantastic deal.

The “discomfort” of paying at the register has been eased.
They give you a debit card these days for some services (like unemployment) and can even let it debit via a Chase card so no one else in line has to even know.
