Donald Trumps 60 Minutes interview aired Sunday, and at least one viewer loved it, writing Brilliant Mr. Trump, he is so Awesome!! And real.
And that viewer wasTrump, himself, who is no stranger to self-congratulations.

But plenty of others shared the sentiment that the GOP frontrunner did well in the interview with CBS News host Scott Pelley....
That is a re-Tweet, not The Donald saying it about himself.
Even non-Trump supporters impressed with performance

Awesome! Go Trump!
i clicked looking for the “catch” and was not wrong.
He was spot on!
Trump is a really smart guy. But I can’t fathom how people believe that he has more to offer to America than Ted Cruz.
When Donald wants to turn on the ‘businessman persona’ he can be very impressive, even formidable. He knows what he’s talking about. If he’s going to stay in the game, I just hope to see more of this character and less of the paranoid rabblerouser chatterbox. I know each character has it’s purpose in his goals. I’m thinking of ordering his book “The Art Of The Deal”.
Interested to see Trump on BOR tonight and if Cruella Kelly will be back on her show tonight. :-)
Geez, don’t be a reporter if you don’t understand how the twitterz werks.
He did very well in keeping his composure in the face of Pelly’s dripping contempt and total ignorance about how dynamic scoring is reflected by constructive tax policies.
In my opinion it is not that he offers more than Ted.
It is that he can win and kill or weaken the GOPe doing it.
That is the only way I can see Ted having success in the future.
Boy was it. The arrogance was astounding. Yet, Trump said that Pelley gave a tough but fair interview. This is the great thing about Trump, he happily goes over enemy lines to fight. He loves battle, stress, and danger. He is almost Pattonlike. I ordinarily cannot stand anyone as bombastic and pompous as Trump, but he backs it all up with action. You have to respect that.
There you go again, making sense, telling the truth.
Don'tcha understand, it's more important to get BLOG HITS then tell the truth.
If we criticized Obama for being just an inexperienced Jr. senator who hadn’t even finished his first term when he started running for President, then we have to be consistent and apply the same standard to Cruz.
If like Cruz, he’s really smart, quick on his feet, and his heart is in the right place (and I even live in his birthtown now). But he’s a newcomer to big-world politics.
OK, you say, what about Trump? He’s new to politics too, right? Not exactly, being CEO of a big company is about as close to the Presidency as you can get, in terms of supervising a vast organization, delegating, monitoring feedback, etc.
Just saying. But I’d love handle Cruz as VP to Trump, being groomed for down-the-road.
... sorry about the typos ....
He offers a chance to get ‘Joe Sixpack’ back in the voting booth.
“Just saying. But Id love handle Cruz as VP to Trump, being groomed for down-the-road.”
Maybe that’s why Cruz has not feuded with Trump.
It would be nice to have 16 years in the White House. It will take that long to fundamentally transform government back to its constitutional limits.
Then we get Scott Pelley who sat back in his chair like he was afraid of Trump. All his body language suggested that he was stuck in a room with an insane person and was trying to talk his way out.
Charlie Rose did the old trick of asking Putin multiple questions at once. That way Putin could get off by only sorta answering one of the questions and Rose could claim "Well I asked him all the tough questions."
Later Pelley pelted Trump with simple brief questions which he had to provide answers to one-by-one. Which is the way people ought to be interviewed.
So 60 Minutes once again proves that they are in bed with totalitarians and will try anything to manipulate the news in favor of their chosen ones.
Cruz has nothing to say about so-called "Free Trade," and supports granting mass legalization to illegal aliens through backdoor amnesty, and defines amnesty solely as granting a "pathway to citizenship."
Out of all the candidates, Cruz has the most to offer, but he cannot win. He’s too much of a wonk, and he lacks charisma. He’s Nixon debating Kennedy—those who listen think he’s winning, but Americans don’t listen (or think) anymore.
