God speaks to all people through the holy scriptures, as well as by the Spirit of God convicting consciences.
Did you distinguish God from the Word of God accidentally or on purpose ? Do you mean as the Father and the Son, or as the Father and the Bible ?
There are not many flocks of sheep; there is one flock and the sheep are related to each other. The sheep that wander off in their own imaginationary personal relationship apart from the flock are scattered and in danger. We know that we are His sheep when we love the brethren. It is a corporate relationship, Klal Israel.

Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: Of sin, because they believe not on me; Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
