I agree completely. Especially the last sentence: “Others will have to learn from the collapse.”

As a nation of productive, law-abiding people, we’ve been sold out for the quarterly profit and the campaign contribution. There is no government that represents us anymore.

There is a political cultural factor as well. Much of the economic/’cultural’/political ‘elites’ genuinely hate white middle class America. This class is seen as the biggest single impediment to the implementation of a culturally and politically ‘progressive’ borderless world regime which will help movement of capital and labor but also lead to a sort of secular liberal millennium summed up in Lennon’s ‘Imagine’. That is what these people believe in if they believe in anything. And it is true many do not as the overdrinking K Street type I wrote about earlier said “the only things in life that matter are good a-s and money. Nothing else matters.”
