With the FBI, Congress and the courts all closing in on Hillary Clinton for mishandling classified material on her private email server, one of her longtime advisers has recommended that she hire an outside legal counsel and consider cutting a deal to avoid criminal charges.
According to this adviser, who spoke to ED KLEIN CONFIDENTIAL, time is of the essence. Contrary to published reports that the FBI investigation could drag on for months, he believes it could wrap up as soon as the end of this year...“From what I know of the case,” the adviser said, “Hillary is extremely vulnerable, and there is going to be blood in the water. The investigators are looking for weak links to get to the bottom of what went on with national security emails. And they will find one.”

Rudy Giuliani is already on the record, detailing the seriousness of Hillary Rotten Clinton’s criminal activities, quoting U.S.C. chapter and verse (that was on a prior Sean Hannity show).
But HRC’s pride and ego will NOT allow her to cut ANY sort of deal at all (which is probably what Jar Jar Stinks aka Valerie Jarrett is counting on), which means that we may indeed see a federal indictment of the PIAPS just in time for Christmas.

She is not cutting a deal. Her goal is to win and then shut down all investigations. Or give herself a pardon if required.
She is gambling on the GOP p*ssing off Trump and his backtracking on his no-third-party pledge. All she has to do in that instance is hunker down and wait for The 47% to ride to her rescue.

Feds like to cut deals to close a case and move on. But here you have questions as to national secrets disclosed to other nations. The case is bigger then Hillary can imagine and will lead to many others.
Unless she can present a proffer that actually aids in answering critical questions, the investigation goes on. No wise prosecutor is an a position to cut a deal while too many unknowns are still out there.
There is a big different between word of mouth and the contents of a server that contains classified material. The server is the same as a paper trail containing info. It is a record of fact, not hear say evidence. Look at the person doing jail time for leaking classified info. The evidence was not word of mouth but actual copies of the classified documents. If it is found out to be true that classified info was on the server. Servers are be hacked all the time. Then it has to be big jail time. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Unlike most of the klinton crime syndicate's past offenses, this one can't be "cleaned up" with a few cases of the witnesses committing 'arkancide', but I expect all prosecuting parties to fold to strong political pressure. Therefore this will be swept under the rug and forgotten by the media and sheeple well before the dem convention next year.
Still, my choice is to "Get a rope!".
Give me a break. The FBI is only involved to exonerate her, so she can then say its a bunch of made up GOP hysteria.
