Then why does the Bible say that “For God nothing is impossible?” See Luke 1:37

...or Matt 19:36 - “Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

Jeremiah 32:27 Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?

PS We were NOT discussing that which goes against the very nature of God.

You are trying to make this Matthew 19:26 verse say more thn it does in context. Jesus was speaking to his disciples regarding what was possible for them. God is not the subject of the sentence, the disciples are. That is, when they are with God, it is possible for them to do or be all the things He wants. The converse is that for them, without God, things pleasing to Him are impossible:

This verse covers it:

Heb 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

The human who has been presented with the Gospel, and chooses to reject it, is without faith; and if he dies in that state, cannot change, and hence cannot ever please God. That is why I said what I did. Capisce?
