My first experience with HR was a little over a decade ago when I was working for a government contractor. The company who hired me lost the contract to a smaller, minority-owned company. The new company had to renegotiate all of our contracts and retain a certain percentage of workers within a few months, or lose the contract.

For about 3 weeks the HR lady assigned to negotiate with me refused to match my vacation time with my outgoing contract. That’s all I wanted...same pay and same vacation time and I’d be happy to stay in my seat. On our final phone call, she became so agitated and the true reason for her not moving on the vacation issue came out: “Look. If I don’t get it, you don’t get it.”

Needless to say, I resigned my position and moved on with the first contract company, as they offered to keep me on and find another contract for me. The new company retained about 15% of the seats and their portion of the contract went to the next bidder.

Typical Libtard Commissar mentality. I guess the thought never crossed her mind that your pay and vacation package was something which you actually earned and likely because you made a more valuable contribution to the company than another mere Commissar drone.

Earning something seems to be a concept totally foreign to them when the currency is something other than PC points.
