Why don’t we test his theory by considering that he makes plenty of money and has insurance so if we march into his home and steal him blind we should not be prosecuted or pursued.

I would also consider publishing his address and let the local thugs know that he is all right with them looting his home because he has plenty of money and insurance.

> In the words of Mayor Bitch of Baltimore: Give them space to steal. the gibsmedats want carte blanc to steal - first in looting and pillaging rampages, next it looks like it could happen in stores, after that your homes. The idiots suggesting this crap will even want you to help carry your items out and help oad them up in their cars. If they really believe this junk lets rob them, their work offices, businesses they own and their homes homes and see if they still agree. Idiots.

Large universities shouldn’t punish students who plagiarize and cheat, or students who can’t pay their tuition. These values are fun for everyone.

Why then not take things from universities? They have even more money.

A lot of big box stores have a “hands off” policy when it comes to dealing with shoplifters. They don't call police, and in store loss prevention only deals with employee theft.

My wife works for a large “home improvement” store chain, and confronting a shoplifter is grounds for termination of employment!

Apparently, the corporate lawyers have decided that losses due to theft are less than getting sued by detained shoplifter, or an employee who is injured or killed trying to stop them.

But then again, my wife works in a store where less than a third of the customers speak English, making the clientele a protected class, and they know it.

This guy is an administrator in a college? If this is typical of college employees, we are so screwed as a nation. But then look at President Obama, supposedly a brilliant constitutional law professor, who barely knows the constitution other than as an instrument to be circumvented.

Cut off something. We need some affirming action to help the FI understand private property is to be respected. If not you have no claim either. Let the burglaries begin.

I guess the next step after this would be to make burglary legal too.

“.....or all them (sic) other places” ?????
Wouldn’t you expect a “Director of COmmunity Relations” would utilize better grammar, or at least have someone proofread his public statements, and not say anything spontaneously for the cameras or microphones?

Free tuition @ UW. The place is obviously a scam, as Walker is working on it.

> My son worked for Gap, and they were not allowed to stop shoplifters.

Good to know. Now I know how to bankrupt a liberal business. Just post this on the BET network, some rap music sites, and a few black thug Facebook pages and sit back and watch it go down in flames.

Once word really gets out that there will be no call to the police or prosecution “shoplifting” will quickly turn into “looting”.

The rates of the insurance that these big companies pay to cover losses will increase. The companies will pass those increases along to consumers in the form of higher prices.

But since shoplifting is permitted, who would actually PAY for something? Let alone something thats now marked up in price to cover the costs associated with losses due to shoplifting?

I think I’ve boiled that down to a simplistic enough level that this moron could actually understand ...
