This will go on for years in the courts. It is total nonsense under our laws, but since Obama that makes no difference.

This sort of LEO, prosecutorial, and judicial monkey business has a long history in the US. The only reason "faith in the law" is valid is that the alternative is worse. The criminal justice business would have the people believing the system has integrity. It does not have integrity. "Total nonsense under the law" has been status quo for decades. The nonsense is usually practiced on a smaller scale, to "nobodies," and escapes notice.
Just saying, don't blame it on Obama. Jesus Christ could be president, and the actors in the field would behave the same way.
Give me a break. This is nothing like the John Doe investigations. That was a politically motivated witch hunt, while this was the police stopping a murderous gang fight in broad daylight.
