Excellent point. Are we really sure she had no server/emails at all in the State Department computers? That would make more sense than putting everything in one ïllegal” basket. If she did what you suggested, she would have no problems at all. Seems like she outsmarted herself and/or tried to outsmart BO.

I said this in April and will say it again: Granny’s campaign ends with her indictment. Bone head and Turtleman will go to see their president (I am confident that they HAVE done so since I first said this in April) and they will beg him for a piece of red meat to feed the conservatives who want to impeach Obama. They have apparently done this and Obama has understood that it can be dragged out long enough for the three of them to get amnesty through before the clock runs out. The indictment will come down the week before Christmas break and she will be allowed to plead to ONE MISDEMEANOR COUNT of failure to sign the proper document when she left State. She will never go to jail. That is not the purpose here; the Democrat wing of the Uniparty just wants Granny gone because she scares them even more than Bernie scares them. She takes the deal - leaves and the Democrats nominate O’Malley. He won’t scare their voters.
She could be convicted and run her campaign from prison and idiot liberals would still line up to vote for her.
Imagine this scenario: Clinton, Mills and Abedein conspire to strip classification markings off the information so they could be forwarded to HRC as a matter of "convenience".
Of course that info served dual purposes...one was official SoS duties, the other as bait and leverage for donations to the foundation.
Most likely Mills stripped the emails and forwarded them to HRC.com.
There is a certain a definitive electronic trail that will show who stripped and forwarded. The forensics will be 100%.

I once knew a security lady where I worked. She NEVER answered emails and she never answered voicemail....NEVER put herself in a position where her actions could be recorded. Even in her official duties, she nearly always had an underling to the actual trackable direction.
It took years but a DSS inspection authority finally found out what she’d been doing (actually verbally self-approving certifications in his name.)

I think you're wrong. If the obama-ites wanted this thing dead we'd never hear anything about it. Someone gave Loretta Lynch the ok to let the FBI go after her heinousness.
Her public acts were all tied to her private bribery. They were inseparable so she had to put everything on the hackable server. My first thought was that the Republicans should ask the Russians and Chinese for copies of the emails as I’m sure they have complete sets. As I reflect on this situation, I’m now of the opinion that the most incriminating emails came from Russia and China.
I do not believe her situation is grave. To me grave means she’s likely to be charged, arrested, prosecuted, and sent to prison for her multiple offenses. I don’t think any of the foregoing are likely.
Probably right with ValJar. Either way BO has an out” in this situation. Hillary may have the dirt on BO. Bo can let this thing drip, drip, drip. He can pardon Hillary and she walks away with $ Billions. If she blows the whistle on BO’s activities, he will refuse to pardon her. They will raid the entire Clinton Foundation and freeze(and take) the funds. Hillary does time and ins broke or moves on without Potus and keeps her money.
