The American Thinker ^ | August 4, 2016 | Thomas Lifson

There was a good reason why Hillary Clinton chose a Friday afternoon document dump time slot to release her and Bill’s joint 2007-2014 tax returns.

[SNIP]

Doug Ross of Director Blue put out a pie chart that says it all:

I am always reminded of the lyrics from the Bob Seger song, "Still the Same":

You always won, every time you placed a bet,
you're so damn good, no one's gotten to you yet
Every time they were sure they had you caught
you were quicker than they thought,
you just turned your back and walked...

As much as I despise the mindset that results in this and the grifting trailer trash that are the Clintons, part of me is not bothered too much with them screwing over the goobermint with this write off to a self-serving charity... In fact, I kind of like the idea.

Perhaps a little more illuminating to the folks in "Rio Linda" ;)

If the foundation were conservative, the players would all be in jail for tax fraud.

The travel and staff funding are all self serving income and illegal campaign donations.

I wonder if I could get away with this same scheme. I could start a charity called the (BobinIL Family Defense Fund) Then I could donate money into it and take the tax write off and use the money to buy guns and ammo to (defend my family):)

Give it a shot. They’ll put you or me in prison for crap like this.

Start a charity, have your employer donate all of your salary ($200k) to it, and then have the charity pay for your expenses for housing, cars, meals, vacations, etc. Then have the charity pay you $10k in salary, which will allow you a little walking around money for items that are too difficult to launder through the charity, but the income allows you to file and collect the earned income credit of ~$1800. Being poor, you can also collect food stamps and any other welfare that’s hanging low from the tree.

You just have to magnify this 20 times or more in order to have enough margin to pay the team of lawyers required to keep you out of prison.

Obviously, a money laundering scheme to finance Hillary’s campaign and to enrich the already filthy rich grifters from Arkansas.

This is only scandalous because the Clinton Family “Charities” do so little actual charitable work.

If one checks out the Form 990 for the Clinton Foundation, for example, one finds that very little of its expenditures go to grants to ostensibly genuine charities. The bulk of its expenditures go to conferences, travel expenses, and various other services to facilitate Bill’s hobnobbing with the rich and powerful.

If gang bangers gave police chiefs $400,000 for a 45 minute ‘speech’ everyone in the country would know it was a bribe...

How much of that tiny sliver consists of Bill’s old underware?

See, the numbers you are talking about are too small.

It has to be millions you are evading taxes on.

And you have to be one of them congress-ver-men or own one.

Preferably a ‘rat congress-ver-men.

Of course, if you are that rich, you’ve already bought congress and the tax codes don’t even call how you make your money “income”.

This just can't be. They are broke you know and could hardly scrape up enough money to pay their mortgages.

LOL
