Yep.
Never was a big fan of country music, but have always had an ear for Coe, and Williams Jr.

In a good C&W song, the underlying theme is always LOVE or the lack thereof of something or someone. We can all relate to that.
When these things get out of balance we write songs about them. Knowing we are not the only ones with these issues helps us face the reality of life. Sometimes there’s a moral of truth that helps us avoid the same fate like “You Can’t Rollerskate in a Buffalo Herd” or “Dang Me”.

Murray Mclauchlan summed up country music as, "Cowboys, truck drivers and pain."

What do you get when you play a country song backwards?
You get your wife back, your job back, your pickup truck back, and you sober up.
See Rascal Flatts for details.

5 out of 5 rap and hip hop songs make references to gardening tools and female dogs.

For some reason rap and hip hop songs are allowed to use the “N” word liberally without repercussion
