After living in two Asian countries for a total of 14 years and in some minority-heavy locations in the USA, I have some insight on this topic. The students making this claim are absolutely wrong.

With a little experience myself along those lines, I will state that the most “racist” people on earth are East Asians.

At least the Japanese are polite about it. The Koreans I’ve known, not so much.

Still, it was a small sample size, so what do I know.
