Like many on this thread, there is no way in hell I can make myself vote for Jeb. Hopefully he will fade and my hypothetical question will never be an issue.
But here it is. If Jeb wins the nomination [which he still could - hell he has the wall street dems giving him cash right now...], would you welcome a 3rd party candidate or would you vote for jeb or would you stay home?

If it came down to only Hillary v Jeb, I’m not sure what I’d do.
Right now I don’t see ANY DIFFERENCE between Jeb and Hillary...or if there is a difference, at some point Jeb needs to let us in on the secret.
Given no difference, then the next question is who will be easier for our side to fight. Jeb, who by being president becomes the effective head of the RNC and therefore can raise and distribute money to Republicans and hold back money - or Hillary, who cannot do anything to PUNISH Republicans that don’t play along with Open Borders. So, given that, Hillary is easier to fight, for sure, if it’s one or the other.
But there WILL BE A THIRD PARTY if Jeb is nominated. Most likely Trump, but it could be some other conservative. If anyone but Trump - say Tom Tancredo (for lack of anyone else), he loses for sure - but at least I can vote for him as a protest vote. If Trump, he may very well win, and he DEFINITELY gets my vote.
[and just to conclude things, if Trump or Cruz is the nominee, the Dems will still find some wimpy left-wing Republican (like Conlin Bowell) to run Third Party to try to split our vote, but it won’t matter...both Trump and Cruz will easily hold on to their voters, and the Third Party attempt will be futile]
Well, yes, because I would like to be able to vote for someone not Jeb.

Hillary wins for sure in any 3-way contest, but the turnout for a conservative 3rd party candidate would be a good indicator of what the 2020 R nominee might look like.
If Donald Trump runs 3rd party....... still undecided on Donald Trump.
I keep hearing that same tune...if it’s not someone we want then people are going to stay home and not vote...and Republican Conservatives have proven they do just that...then wonder why the Democrats win.
I don’t think whatever point they’re trying to make proves anything ...at what point does doing the same thing over and over again netting no results.
I’m not sure how I’m going to vote if Cruz doesn’t win.....but that’s a long way off to be complaining about now as I see it.
