Illinois Democrats worked overtime to gerrymander his “Earmuff District”. He’ll be there til the Chicago Machine wants to move him to DC.
He is another excellent reason for outlawing the gerrymandering of voting districts. We wouldn’t be putting up with this kind of crap if voting districts were set up in a normal fashion. As it is now,each one has it’s own little troublemaker like Luiz as a result. Each voting district should be a cross-section of the general population,not just the troublemakers. How did this practice ever get started?
