I think of "cis" as a prefix, meaning "next to" or "close to". If you take an elite celebrity famous only for being famous, like a Kardashian, that person is a member of the Elite. Someone close to a Kardashian, such as Bruce Jenner, would be cis-Elite. That can be shortened to "cis-E" or just "sissy".
