*IF* he was born inside the United States, he is a 14th amendment citizen. If he was born outside of the United States, He is a citizen of that country, not of this one. Again, the law says the mother must have lived in the United States consecutively for five years, *AFTER* 14 years of age. She had to be 19 to transfer citizenship if he was born outside our borders.
I also contend 14th amendment citizenship is not the same thing as natural citizenship.

A birth certificate copied from the original and issued in 1978 is apt to look a bit weathered when that person has used it, stored it, moved it, etc., over a period of 40 years.

First Holder and now Lynch has Arpaio tied up in Federal Court with civil charges of abusing illegal immigrants during traffic stops.
If Arpaio renews “birther” charges against Barry at this time it will muddy the federal case against him at this time and open him up the charges that Arpaio is retaliating against DOJ for going after him on the illegals at a tit-for-tat.
Arpaio needs Boehner or FBI director Comey to step up and initiate a proper investigation (discovery/subpoenas of the forged BC based on the word that Arpaio has already completed which is totally sufficient to commence such an investigation if Boehner and the FBI (and the media) weren’t corrupted!
So, IMO, don’t blame Arpaio and Zullo for lack of action.
