Mr. Trump has put SUNLIGHT on the issue essential to the endurance of Our Republic!
Illegal aliens will be the reason for our demise, long before Iran has nukes!
He could lock up the election by going after Muslims the way he is going after illegal aliens.

So if he continues I do believe he will get to the truth about guns and the second amendment before he starts taking a hard line position.
It appears nobody will actually do what the American people wanted years ago, build a fence and close the borders.
Even on the highly unprobable chance that Trump would be elected, he could be stymied by Congress or powerful lobbies, even our corrupted or politically biassed SC.
And the most scary thing is there is nobody else to take up the cause as vociferously as Trump, and it will go by the way of the NSA snoops. Nothing will be done, and the people are impotent to do anything about it.

Trump needs to cite them. Perhaps he has and I missed it.
I never thought much of him until now, figured him for just a wealthy liberal New York elitist.
But now I realize there’s more to him than that. He’s a hands on can do guy. He knows what he wants and goes after it. I like what I’m seeing so far. He’s a populist who’s pushing the right buttons.
He says he will build the best, most powerful border fence the world has ever seen. I don’t doubt that for a second, he’s a builder, a very successful one.

Trump’s PRO 2A stance was the first thing they the dems were jumping on him about. He made some comments relating to people buying guns (as a good thing) when the prisoners escaped up in NY. If you recall, H.Rodham tried to blame him for the church shooting in SC.

Elect Jeb, any Democrat, or possibly Walker - get 30 Million new Democrat voters - and the Second Amendment won’t even matter - the courts will be stacked, and so will Congress.
None of our issue will even matter, once the Dems get the PERMANENT MAJORITY they are on the verge of achieving. So, fight the gun battle AFTER we have someone that will seal the border - otherwise, none of our concerns will matter anymore - it will be over.

Reflect on those numbers for just a minute.
This GAO study is only counting the number of arrests! And that should bring two questions immediately to mind:
How many actual crimes did these 55,322 criminal aliens actually commit?
How is it even conceivable that each of these illegal aliens could be arrested on average a total of almost nine times?
To at least partially answer the second question, you only need to look at so-called “sanctuary cities.”
Sanctuary cities are localities across the United States where liberal mayors and local legislators have instituted policies that prohibit law enforcement from cooperating with federal immigration agents and prohibit them from even questioning the immigration status of anyone they arrest.
But to add more insult to injury, many American cities like New York even allow illegal aliens to obtain free health care, food stamps and a whole assortment of government goodies without having their immigration status questioned.
