An unnamed senior Gulf official told The Telegraph There is simply no strategic approach, that western powers have a lack of coordination in selecting targets, and there is no overall plan for defeating ISIL. Americas Middle East allies are getting frustrated that Western leaders, Obama and David Cameron, arent showing leadership in the fight against ISIS.
Saudi Arabia, Jordan and the Gulf states are upset that they are being blocked by the USaka State Departmentfrom attacking legitimate military targets. The coalition members believe that team Obama does not have clear purpose for conducting a war against ISIS. The Arab countries are preparing to fight for their lives while Obama deals with his perceived dangers to world peace: American Conservatives and Israel.
While the Middle East allies are losing patience with the West for its lack of resolve, ISIS is gaining territory using captured American made equipment abandoned by the Iraqi Army. The Gulf States release the fact that they no longer have time to wait for Obama to make up his mind. They must therefore take matters into their own hands. It will be detrimental to the West when Arab counties later deny the use of forward operating bases, air and shipping routes into Iraq. America will have to deal with the fallout after Obama is out of office and wealthy oil countries are feeling betrayed after having donated millions to Obamas library and the Clintons slush fund.
The only people taking the fight to the Islamic State Jihadists on a consistent basis are the Kurds. They could use modern and heavy weapons to maintain the fight. Arab countries are telling Obama the Kurds need direct support from them and from the West. The Kurds can use modern weapons, radios, vehicles to offset the equipment being used...

Says it all.
“No Strategic Approach”
This clown is incapable of defining an objective, let alone a”strategic approach”.
He’s avoiding the same war with Turkey W did. It’s not the morally correct move, but it is the expedient one, and it’s the path we’ve been on since before invading Iraq.
There is simply no strategic approach, that western powers have a lack of coordination in selecting targets, and there is no overall plan for defeating ISIL.
It looks like, it obviously has to be, that Obama’s and Cameron’s strategic approach is NOT to defeat ISIL. There is no effort being made. Can anyone point to where an effort is being made to defeat ISIS by Obama or Cameron?
Actively blocking efforts to fight ISIS seems like a strategic plan to me.
Just not the one our (former) allies were hoping for.
Slimeball running dog for Islam.
There on the ground shooting at them. That’s more than the Counterfeit in Chief can comprehend.
Nah, he has an objective...
They win, we lose
Didn’t Zer0 say that these people did not represent this evil “religion?” Wouldn’t that be an insult by ISIS to the false prophet of Islam?
Have the Kurds ever thrown down their arms, turned tail, and ran like the Iraqis, or for that matter, the French?
I heard a report on ABC that Turkey has threatened to invade Syria if the Kurds succeed against ISIS! Obama’s best buddy is in Turkey so he will not help the Kurds.
*deep sigh of exasperation*
If I didn’t know better, I might conclude that Obama is an anti-Christian bigot who wants the ISIS terrorists to win.
Its above his pay grade..
Obama and Strategy should never be used in the same sentence, unless one is speaking of the destruction of the USA. There he’s succeeding beyond all belief.
You can't be wrong on an issue if you take no stand.
... Can anyone point to where an effort is being made to defeat ISIS by Obama or Cameron?...
No. But, ISIS is looking over the Israeli border. If they cross it, they will regret it. It will be extremely difficult to defeat the IDF. Its been tried many times and It results In failure. They aren’t willing to be destroyed as Zer0 is for us. When Israel says, “Never Again, they mean it. It may lead to the end of the self proclaimed Caliph.
Allies are hoping for?
What about the USA hoping for a Strategic plan to defeat ISIS? What about a simple declaration that ISIS is the enemy of civilization? Start with that, then we'll develop a strategy.
Since Obama will not make that declaration will Congress?
The Press?
Academia?
Hollywood?
Commerce & Industry?
The Churches? As the former Scumbag in Chief, Osama Bin Laden, observed "when people see a strong horse and a weak horse, by nature, they will like the strong horse."
Obama's military leadership & resolve as seen by the rest of the World, friend & foe alike
John Kerry's State Department
"Two young chimney sweeps on a decrepit horse"
You got it, but I think he is an Islamist warrior bent on the establishment of the Greater Caliphate and going through a few motions to bomb ISIS to keep the low information voters in the dark.
