Sue the Democrat Party.

Plus, the Democrat Party has LOTS of money. They won’t miss a few dollars going to those pensioners.

The Republicans joined the pension promise bandwagon as well.
Solutions need to come from outside the problem.
The Republican party (particularly at the state level) has been a major part of the problem.
Ironically, the best solution may be the solution:
Outright default, with a concurrent currency collapse and collapse of welfare.
