"Scott Walker just dropped off my list of acceptable candidates. I like a lot about Governor Walker but people are policy. And his decision to hire Brad Dayspring, an unprincipled political operative who combines viciousness and incompetence in equal measures tells us a lot."

this is definitely a problem. Not a deal-breaker yet, but a major problem. We’ll see where it goes.

Are Key Republican Leaders in D.C. Being Blackmailed?
Tuesday, June 30, 2015 4:57:43 AM · 86 of 129
Norm Lenhart to Tolerance Sucks Rocks

I want people to ask one simple question. Of themselves and the posters.

If a candidate has an actual record of:

Getting his funding from people with agendas running contrary to conservatism...

Advocating ‘moving on’ after every loss to a liberal

Making excuses as to why we ‘can’t’ do something...

Regularly joins in on Gangs of whatever number to ‘work with’ liberals...

Supports causes openly that run contrary to conservative principle...

Then WTF do you people SUPPOSE is gonna happen when you send them to or back to DC? And why are you as a so called ‘Conservative’ supporting such a person? Obviously they are a Dem so the Dem ISN’T worse.

What? This isn’t rocket surgery folks.

I love what Walker has done for Wisconsin and am a strong supporter. That said, he strikes me as a political animal. Ted Cruz seems like the real deal to me.

Cruz is no better than Rubio was on immigration he voted for Obamatrade when it needed 60 votes to stay alive. Then voted against when it only needed 51 votes to pass. Just like Kerry he was for before he was against. The truth shall set U free folks. I call Cruz SILCK! Case closed. We go after Rubio, Kerry & etc for changing but not Cruz??? WHY??? Does not pass the smell test people…..As for me I will set by and see how all of this shakes out before I jump on anyone wagon….Fool me once shame on U….fool me twice shame on me as they say.

he is a senator...

has been one for quite a while (long enough to be among the top 10 vote missers).

that alone is enough to qualify as a dc insider

Walker hires the NRSC's Brad Dayspring ...?! This Brad Dayspring?!

'Sleazy' GOP Establishment (spokesman Brad Dayspring) Targets Mark Levin

NRSC's Dayspring smears Chris McDaniel in Mississippi

Personally, I think Cruz made a mistake on TPA, and he heard it from his supporters, so he changed his mind, but it made no difference as to the outcome of the bill, and that mistake cost him significant support.

As far as I can tell, a person has exactly one chance to screw up with conservatives, then they are gone.

Despite the fact that I think he did make a mistake here, I am going to vote for Cruz.

No man is perfect, and there is no other GOP candidate that I can support.

Well best of luck with whatever candidate you choose. Just know that unless Cruz goes full Romney, there are enough of us that will be NOT voting liberal to ensure a liberal Republican does not get the job.

Well, to be fair, a lot of people have had it with the GOP, and I am one of them.

If they don’t run a candidate that I can support, then I am not going to vote GOP, and that is all there is to it.

The GOP is no friend of mine, and I am not concerned with their success or failure at all.

"Getting his funding from people with agendas running contrary to conservatism.. "

There be the problem. The Global One World Chamber of Commerce expects obedience in exchange for their massive political funding. Maybe the Citizen United decision was not so great for conservatives after all?
