How do you take a shot of whiskey in a manner other than neat?
A lot yuppie hipsters these days mix whiskey with ginger-ale and water, or so I’ve heard. Apparently the limp-wrist in chief was doing it 30 years ago, and was impressed enough by a pedophile drinking whiskey neat that he felt the need to record the event.
