Here is a thought exercise for discussion - Suppose Congress were to pass a separate act and override Obama’s veto that specifically prohibits the government from giving subsidies to those states that had not set up exchanges.

What happens then?

How about they add this: Supreme Court ‘Justices’ have decided that Taxpayer monies should fund this ridiculous reading of the Law, so the salaries of the ‘Justices’ will go straight to the Government to help pay for their unlawful reading of this Law. No more money for the ‘Justices’ might force them to ‘feel the pain’ of overtaxed, hard-working Americans.

E2. The Supreme Court agrees. “Equal protection” etc....
