Slap a 5.95 charge on each WesternUnion/tarjeta transfer. The transfers will continue apace. Banks won’t care: they get to draw interest on the fees until they have to remit them quarterly.

It would be easier than that.

Messico received $265 million in foreign aid from the US in 2013 alone. Withhold any further payments and use the money until the wall is built. And don't send any after that until the pisshole country does its part to stop the flow of ILLEGALs into the US. Problem solved.

I agree and When they catch an illegal coming across the border,, Put them to work on building that wall then send them back to Mehico!!!
