You would be amazed at what you can get a person to do just by talking to them, and altering their medications. You light their fuse, and they will land somewhere and explode. Where they land and who they kill is not important. Just that they do.
I read somewhere last year....cops get briefed now on how to recognize unfocused/medicated people and sounded to me like that’s the hint to draw the taser and not waste any time with the ‘nut’.
