It would be unusual for an expungement order to go through quickly unless an expungement order already existed and was performed or a court agreement to seal and expunge records existed. The fact a picture exist that a third party requested the expungement of this record as victim janedoe1 would not exclude a Juvenile record already being expunged. Juvenile law is different from adult law. I don’t know that happened. If it did happen it would resolve why this record didn’t generate charges as some people who write they read it and think should have happened. Other people write this police report was redacted so that they don’t know the extent of the molestation. I don’t trust the media at all on this. I doubt damage Josh did to his victims will compare to what media is going to do even though Josh caused it to happen. I’ll wait for the book now to come out.
