Pursuit over, private citizen walked in front on vehicle. They arrested both driver and citizen.

Slow speed stupidity. Only in America can a person doing a good deed be arrested so easily. Perhaps the poor guy interrupted something he ought not have.

The person who stopped the pursuit probably won’t get arrested or charged for interfering with a police activity. He will likely get a stiff warning about doing it again.

To call it a slow speed chase is an insult to slow speed chases, I think I saw a snail pass by LOL..dude had a “Victory Parade” sign on his car, who knows, maybe in his mind, there was a parade going on

He didn’t interfere. He did the job they are too meek and PC to do. That it makes them look like idiots is a matter they should address to their gutless bosses.
