Do you have two sets of standards?
One for the rock thrower and one for the engineer?
Where's you comment about the engineer, who if he caused the accident, should be charged with murder.
No double standard.
However, if someone did throw a rock, we know they acted with intent bad with malice. That being the case, the rock throwers should be charged with a terrorist act and murder.
If the case happens to be that the engineer premeditated the train crash and the rock hitting his windshield was a simple coincidence, then he should also be charged with terrorism and murder.
