Abolish all government, and let men govern themselves.
Border security, and national defense training should be mandatory. The free market can provide the tech for defense. No outsourcing to other countries. When war happens, the companies that build the tech have to defend themselves. Trade to other countries. Men can barter wherever they are with whatever is valuable in that environment. Men will police themselves.
