Talking to someone there now.

The entire area is blocked off.

That section of N Garland Rd in front of Acadamy, Walmart and Hawaiian Falls Water Park is blocked from George Bush to the main part of Garland rd.

They even have the service road of that part of George Bush closed off.

Map should be here, its pretty much everything you see on the map.
