This is another 17th Amendment-related issue.

The states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate intrastate police departments. And the Founding States had intended for the state lawmaker-elected Senate to work with the House to stop activist presidents from doing unconstitutional things like this.

But as a consequence the ill-conceived 17th Amendment the corrupt, citizen-elected, RINO-controlled Senate just sits on its hands and lets lawless Obama get away with doing such things.

The 17th Amendment needs to disappear along with a bunch of corrupt senators.
