I suppose the exception proves the rule. I live in a very Hispanic area, so I would have noticed them.
Hispanics bum off their relatives that’s why they usually don’t bum on the street. It has little to do with superior integrity as Cruz annoyingly implies. There are greater family obligations in immigrant groups, basically the guilt trip is stronger.
Hispanics disproportionately use welfare programs so it’s not like they are ‘working harder’ as Cruz would imply.
