Were I a customer, I would dis-invite myself on every day - and tell them why.
This bike shop is run by the Davis Bike Collective (no kidding), so real life isn’t in their collective consciousness. My question is this: After getting their bikes, how in the world with the people who feel intimidated by the mere presence of men ever be able to ride their bikes in public? Unless Davis, California plans to ban men, as well.
Even better. Go in and ask tons of questions of one of the salespeople. This will keep them busy for as long as you keep asking questions. Then abruptly let them know why you won’t buy from them.
I learned that from Rules for Radicals. Hit them with their own tactics.
