I'm sure there's more to this story. They probably screwed her on a parking charge. Parking lots are notorious for being disingenuous on their rate cards. Still no excuse.

Still, how much could a parking lot attendant do, short of vandalizing her car, that could throw an average person into a tirade? They are pretty much harmless.
