This is an unarmed group of motorcyclists. The Polish authorities can either deny their visa applicatuions or deny their entry at the border. The both moves are quite within the international law and all negative consequences that they'll face is some Russian propaganda that can change only the Russian-speaking public attitude to the Polish for worse. And the Polish authorities don't gove a shit for that attutude, of course. So, the whole issue is unimportant.
