To: Crim

Crim, that ISN’T what I am saying at all. I explore every idea in trying to understand what happened. Why do you reframe my words to make me appear to say what I did not. I speculated, I didn’t conclude.

Is there a chance that they deliberately overcharged him, in an effort to placate the mob, assuming that the charge wouldn’t stick at trial or in the grand jury? Another speculation, not to be assumed my opinion.

Do I believe that happened? NO. But, it is within the realm of possibilities.

Until the trial, I won’t judge him guilty as charged. After the trial, we will see. I disagreed with the OJ Simpson verdict, and watched every day of that trial.

Looks worded pretty clearly to me.

Why would they charge him with murder if they have no evidence?
