Close to 100 counts on the indictment instead of just 2 or 3...

Remember, those ‘technical violations’ are the easiest to prove.

It also makes it easy to take everything for a bail-in to try and save son big banks.

As this simple peasant understands it, "prosecutorial discretion" is where they don't charge Hillary Clinton for her serious multiple felonies involving her email server.

Because she's one of The Managers.

How can you run a tight Managerial State if'n yer allwus indictin' the Managers?

31 U.S.C. Sec. 5324. Up to 5 years in prison per count. 10 years if you get them mad. (Of course, the statutory penalties are meaningless, judges use the judicially mandated sentencing guidelines, not the statutes enacted by Congress and signed by the President in determining the actual sentence.) I’m not going to bother to look up the sentencing guidelines tonight.

I kilt my spel chek as it was wild with word subsitutions. Some Animals are more equal than others. 1984, Farenheit 451, Animal Farm, Brave New World, Dune, Starship Troopers, I Robot, Stranger in a Strange Land, etc. should be the core of common core.

Most bank branches don’t have enough cash for large withdraws and need advance notice to have it on hand. The amount for a report is 10,000 last I checked. I did computer repairs for banks employees and got to know a few people who worked in security. Some of the branches that deal with the largest volume of large cash transaction are near the Mexico boarder.

Cash won’t become illegal. It will be worthless.

This.

They learned this approach in the Roaring 20s when taking down Capone on tax evasion rather than the larger charges they really wanted. This is just the latest iteration.

We just got our State income tax refund check! DID I SAY CHECK? My mistake! The refund was in the form of a debit CARD!

I wanted a check and Cash!

~~~100% cash. The only way to go. Government: Track me if you can.
Every real piece of American currency has a unique serial number printed on them. Could a ATM track these numbers when they give you cash. How hard would it be to scan these during tranactions. While testing a currency counter for a major bank with an oscilloscope we could see clearly magnetic codes hidden in the bill that we could not find out what they were. When the bank service people asked the local feds they didn’t denied knowing anything about them.
