While this IS satire, the fact is it's NOT exactly incorrect. Illegals are allowed to get jobs as cops as long as they get the paperwork completed in 3 years after becoming LAPD.
HOWEVER...... The delay for getting the citizenship processed can take much longer than 3 years and police departments DO NOT fire officers waiting for not having papers back as INS can delay it.
So you do have officers unsure if they're ever going to be citizens enforcing laws against legal nationalized and born citizens of the US.
That we even have to ask the question is insane.
